| Bayclub ClubHouse
The Bayclub Clubhouse sits right by the water with relaxing views. It is used to hold various parties and functions throughout the year. It is available for rental only by Northbay residents who are current on their homeowners association fees. | Jogging/Walking
Throughout the neighborhood, there are jogging and walking trails that cater to the serious jogger, or just a simple stroll through the streets. Our trails line the streets and water. With all of the lovely mature trees in the neighborhood, Northbay residents enjoy scenery and fresh air while getting a little exercise at the same time.

| Arboretum
The whole family will tune into nature at the Simmons Arboretum, a 10-Acre natural habitat bordering the Natchez Trace Parkway. Enjoy guided nature walks on the one-mile trail that features swinging and stationary bridges, an observation deck, and native plants with identification markers. Other ongoing activities include education seminars, wildlife and animal crafts, and a plant swap. The Arboretum is operated by the City of Madison and is immediately adjacent to Northbay property

| Tennis Courts
Northbay has two complete tennis courts available to the neighborhood community. We have one adjacent to the clubhouse complete with lights for those who wish to play at dark. Our other tennis court is located by our second pool, the St. Charles Place pool area. This is an unlit court which is popular for playing in the daylight hours. Our lighted tennis court closes at 10PM and our unlit court closes at sunset. Tennis courts are available to all residents who are current on their Homeowners Association dues. | Swimming Pools
We have 2 beautiful swimming pools that Northbay residents can enjoy to beat the heat in the summer. Pools are available to all residents who are current with their Homeowner’s Association dues. Both pools are open from sunrise to sunset.

| Park
Families enjoy the sounds of nature and quiet atmosphere when taking a stroll around the park. Reading a book on one of the park benches, letting the kids run around, and walking the dog are just a few ways our neighbors make the most of their time spent at the park.

| Boating
Being on the water is a big part of Northbay’s lifestyle. Since Northbay is located on the Barnett Reservoir, we have access to the water right in the neighborhood. Northbay residents can use the private boat launch for their convenience. We also have day docking and dry dock storage for residents. It is based on a first come first serve basis.
